Now if you park your car in the middle of the freeway on a blind curve, that presumption may be rebuttable... but generally, parked cars (or their drivers/owners) are not at fault when they get struck.<br /><br />In this case, there were some illegally parked cars in the area, which contributed to the situation. (They may have been towed).
